CONCRETE (SHAPE) POEMS

We are learning to write shape poems using alliterations and similes: Funny Tuatara.
Hides safely under its hole like a mouse.
Scaly skin. Spikes sharper than a tooth.
Lazy like an owl.

Harry

Beautiful birds bouncing in your backyard.
Chirping in the air charming songs.
Like a small balloon bouncing in the breeze.

Yasmina

Flipping and floating like a dolphin.
Likes to find food. Funky animal.
